Betsy Helmer is a New York based actor, originally from Atlanta. She has performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater on numerous house teams, and toured with UCB Touring Company. She has an extensive theater background (Kennedy Center, Pioneer Theatre Company, New Stage Theatre, ASF) and her on-camera credits include; The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, FBI: Most Wanted, and The Enemy Within.
She teaches yoga at Fyra Yoga and the Kula Yoga Project. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and Performance Studies. She loves Mary Oliver, long form improv, and the light of a beeswax pillar candle.
