Betsy Helmer is a New York based performer, originally from Atlanta, GA. She currently improvises on Harold Night at the Upright Citizens Brigade, with the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Touring Company, as well as the improv teams, Birdie & Dusty and SHRECC.
She teaches yoga at Modo Yoga NYC and the Kula Yoga Project. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Psychology and Performance Studies.
